Abstract

As the cornerstone of organisational performance and growth, recruitment is a crucial component of human resource management. Traditional hiring practices frequently lead to inefficiencies and mismatched talent acquisition because they are slow, disjointed, and prone to bias. This study introduces HireSync, an intelligent hiring ecosystem that combines data-driven assessment, automation, and intelligent decision-making to expedite the hiring process. The system uses sophisticated algorithms, network-based communication, and predictive analytics to handle the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding. This paper's goals are to outline the HireSync technique, examine the drawbacks of current systems, and talk about the advantages and disadvantages of implementing it in contemporary businesses.
