The growing reliance on digital communication demands intelligent solutions for automating email management. This research presents Mail Maestro, a smart email scheduling and automation system designed to streamline recurring, bulk, and time-sensitive communication. Using Laravel-based scheduling, queue processing, and SMTP integration, the system enables users to compose, schedule, and dispatch emails with attachments while maintaining detailed delivery logs and retry mechanisms. A secure role-based access model and attachment management ensure reliability and usability for both individuals and organizations. An interactive web interface provides real-time status tracking, centralized logs, and failure analysis to administrators. The proposed system is scalable, cost-effective, and suitable for deployment in academic institutions, enterprises, and SMEs to enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and ensure timely communication.
